Story of the week!

One of our agents sold a home prior to Christmas, subject to finance being available to the buyer, the price was OK, but not great.

The Vendor was a single lady who needed every dollar to take that next step in her life.

Well, as luck would have it, the first offer failed because of the finance clause, so our people went out and sourced two more offers, one of them being a considerable amount of money more than the first offer.

We now have a vendor who is over the moon, and it’s results like this that reinforce our faith in human nature, and remind us, as agents, that what we do is about people, not property.
